The movement grows on people, not on budgets, so what we need most is knowing who you are and what you bring. We need a name and a way to reach you, because a submission we cannot answer helps nobody. Everything else is optional, and you decide how much you share.
Before your answers touch the database, the server encrypts them with a public key whose private half is kept offline by one person. A hacked server, a stolen backup or a curious authority gets ciphertext and nothing else. You receive a reference code, and with that code you can always ask us to delete your submission.
